We do not sell or rent customer personal information to any outside company or organization.
Buy With Confidence Your satisfaction with your jewelery purchase is very important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition and packaging including all bonus items (if applicable) within 21 days of the date of shipment for a refund or exchange. Any item that has been modified or is not in resale condition will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
To arrange for a return please e-mail us at: info@notlwinejewelry.com providing your purchase date and reason for return within the 21 day period. After this validation process we will issue to you the necessary information to complete the refund or exchange. You are responsible for all shipping charges. We refuse collect shipments. There are certain items that are not refundable on returns along with some items that are final sale or due to the nature of wearing. They include but are not restricted to: - Shipping charges, body jewelry, worn items, shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping charges to return the item for refund are at the customer’s expense. Once your return arrives at our office, we will email confirmation to you that it has been received and that your refund/exchange will be processed within 3 to 4 business days of receipt. Your refund receipt will be mailed to you via regular mail. In the event of an exchange all items in your original order including bonus items must be returned, received and validated at our office prior to your replacement order being shipped.
